Welcome to Zevaraan (“Zevaraan”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.zevaraan.com, mobile site, and services (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1) Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and place orders.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., fraud risk or policy violations).

2) Products & Pricing

  • We strive for accuracy in product titles, descriptions, images, dimensions, and finishes. Minor variations in color/finish may occur due to lighting, displays, or manufacturing tolerances.
  • Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Typographical, photographic, and system errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders impacted by such errors.

3) Materials & Care

  • Most Zevaraan pieces are crafted in high‑grade stainless steel, with select styles featuring 18K gold plating/finishes and other embellishments (e.g., enamel, CZ, mother of pearl). Please refer to each product page for specifics.
  • Avoid exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, chlorinated/salt water, and abrasive surfaces. Store pieces in a dry pouch/box and wipe with a soft cloth after wear.

4) Orders, Payment & Billing

  • Order acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product and share tracking details. We may cancel an order due to stock, payment, address, or verification issues; any charge will be fully refunded.
  • Payments are processed by third‑party providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize charges for your order and any applicable shipping/fees.
  • Billing and shipping details you provide must be accurate and complete. Misuse or fraudulent activity may lead to order cancellation and/or account restriction.

5) Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch within the timelines stated on product/checkout pages. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary by location and courier capacity.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. For address errors or failed deliveries, re‑shipping charges may apply.

6) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Our current policy is available on the Returns & Refunds page. In brief: returns are typically accepted within 7 days for unworn items in original packaging (earrings may be non‑returnable for hygiene reasons). Customized/final‑sale items are not eligible.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us at support@zevaraan.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos; we will assist with a replacement or resolution.

7) Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credits

  • Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated. Promotions may be changed or withdrawn without notice.
  • Gift cards/store credits (if offered) are non‑refundable, non‑transferable, and redeemable only on the Site, subject to applicable terms and validity.

8) Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site—including logos, product images, videos, text, graphics, and layouts—is owned by or licensed to Zevaraan and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

9) User Content & Reviews

  • If you post reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Zevaraan a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for marketing and operational purposes.
  • Do not submit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or misleading content, or anything that violates privacy or intellectual property rights of others.

10) Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the Site (e.g., spamming, scraping, hacking, introducing malware, interfering with operations).
  • Do not attempt to circumvent security features, payment processes, or inventory controls.

11) Third‑Party Links & Services

The Site may include links to third‑party websites or services (e.g., payment gateways, logistics tracking). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing them is at your discretion.

12) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

13) Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site or products will not exceed the amount you paid to Zevaraan for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zevaraan, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

16) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable dispute‑resolution process below, the courts of State Of Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

17) Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve concerns amicably. Please contact support@zevaraan.com. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation/conciliation in Mumbai. If mediation fails, parties may pursue remedies in courts with jurisdiction as stated above.

18) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20) Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
