1) Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express, and other major cards supported by our payment gateway.
- UPI: Supported apps include Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and BHIM.
- Net Banking: Available for most Indian banks.
- Wallets: Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, and other wallet options (as enabled via our payment partners).
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD may be subject to a handling fee and restricted to eligible pin codes.

2) Payment Security
- All transactions are processed through secure and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
- Zevaraan does not store your complete card details, CVV, or net banking credentials.

3) Order Confirmation
- Your order is confirmed once we receive successful payment authorization from your bank/payment provider.
- You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order details.
- If payment fails, the order will not be processed. Please retry or use an alternate method.
4) Failed/Declined Transactions
- If money is deducted but the order isnβt confirmed, the amount is usually auto-refunded by your bank/payment provider within 5β7 business days.
- If not received within that period, please contact your bank first and then email us at support@zevaraan.com with transaction details.
5) Cash on Delivery (COD)

- Please provide accurate address and phone number. Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to account restrictions.
- COD orders are verified via call/SMS/email. Unverified COD orders may be cancelled.
6) Pricing & Taxes
- All prices listed on the website are in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST), unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are displayed separately during checkout.
7) Refunds
- Refunds for cancelled/returned orders will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout, unless stated otherwise.
- Refund initiation time: 3β7 business days post return approval or cancellation. Bank processing timelines may extend this further.
- For COD orders (if applicable), refunds may be issued as store credit or via bank transfer after you share details.
8) Fraud Prevention
- We reserve the right to request additional information or cancel orders flagged for high-risk or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Misuse of payment instruments may lead to account suspension and/or legal action under applicable Indian laws.
